My BT homehub crashed all the time, I gave up using the wireless and now have a hard connection to it which has made it much more stable and reliable. I keep meaning to get a new hub, I only had the BT one because it was free with the internet package.
We use a BT homehub in the office. It has never gone wrong. By contrast, I used a Huawei router at home, and that was forever dropping connections. No such trouble ever since I changed over to a Belkin.
