    I have been searching for months for this book on the internet worldwide as well as all the usual sources. Even those few libraries that have a copy of Part 2 refuse to lend it.

    Any suggestions?

      ok Chris that's a deal. I will pack them and get a postal cost for 'signed for ' 1st and 2nd class postage and then let you know the total of your choice. If you do Pay Pal then I can let you know my account detail. If not then a bank transfer or cheque will be easy to organise.
