Finally got the lighting permanently installed on the trainset 🙄

  What have you used for the lighting? It's a job I'll have to do once my baseboards arrive from Tim Horn.

  I've used self adhesive LED lighting strip bought in a kit with 5m of the strip (warm and cool white mix, see pic below), transformer and controller from TLC Electrical, I think it was £35 at the time.

  This goes in trunking from the same vendor cut to size (3' in my case), see below.

  The photo back up there is at maximum brightness, which you can adjust to the level you like using the supplied handset. You can have cool white or warm white, either or a mix of the two.
