    I must say the Staff at Rails of Sheffield were excellent this Saturday! Even though they had a skeleton staff that morning and were busy in the main shop, they opened up the Emporium so we could look around. Ended up purchasing a Secondhand Bachmann V2 at a very good price. Thank you again to all the staff that were on duty

    Ah, Skills. I have very happy memories of my Dad and I visiting there as well as Gee Dee’s many a loco and piece of rolling stock purchased from both! Both shops gave friendly service and were more preferred by me and Dad than Beatties.

    Thank you for sharing, your photos went up to that neck of the woods three times last year and for numerous reasons didn’t manage to get t NYMR. Must try better this year.

    my advice would be to look at nature and paint what you see, plan ahead and take photos to help you put together your composition. Think about perspective when matching “3D and 2D” The most important thing is to enjoy yourself it is your model and if you are happy with the finished work that’s all that matters.
