  1. Having read all the updates and enjoyed looking at the pictures, it looks FANTASTIC! One of the best layouts I have seen! Although I model 00 gauge I really like it!
  2. Thanks James, The car looks really good, will the next project be a new car to put on centre stage at Wells Green TMD, looking forward to seeing a new update on Wells Green.com but there's no rush. Hopefully my new depot layout will turn out ok, if it turns out half as good as yours I'll be happy! Tom
  3. Having read all the posts and updates this looks ti be a very promising layout! now a follower
  4. Thanks for the fast reply! Have you got a new car or just a different colour as your profile pic has changed? I'll have a chat to the guys at Stafford MRC on regards to getting a layout up north, when I've built my layout Portland Road DRS then if your up you can come for a play while Wells Green is stored. P.S... Any new updates coming for the Wells Green website as the last one was July, if a new one has been posted and my computer hasn't loaded it then sorry... The pics of the electrostar on Loftus road look great
  5. Hi James, The electrostar looks fantastic! Definently the best model I've seen scratch built. Wells Green TMD is a fantastic layout and my favourite layout. Is there any chance of Wells making a return to the exhibition circuit as unfortunately, for one reason or another, I never got to see the layout in the flesh. I'm a keen follower of your Wells Green TMD blog. Is there any chance of Loftus Road coming up north? Thanks, Tom
  6. good grief! an extension may be needed then, im trying to get enough room for 30 locos with some nuclear flasks and a couple of coaches and scenic space, but i have 15ft to play with
  7. Very true! You can never have too much stock!
  8. the building looks good, i like the 56s and the 60 in shot.
  9. That looks fantastic Mick! By far one of the best models I have seen this year! Might be down at Merseyside next weekend, 25/26 I think?
  10. If the points are double points, with 1 point one way and one the other than yes they an derail if it is too tight. I have a large 66 fleet with over 10 in! I had a problem with my model of Lady Penelope Bachmann class 57/3 as it didn't like points AT ALL!! In the end I looked on the bottom were the wheels are and discovered a thin plastic detailing part( fitted to most models ) I removed them and vualla it was fine, I have never had a problem with 66s going over points. Another thing, do you have a coupler at each end because that is likely to be why as well because I had problems with some of my loco fleet as it had 2 couplers, I removed the additional coupler and it was fine. I hope this helps, Thanks, Swifty
  11. I'm looking at greeting sound for my new NR 57/3, which one did all of you go for?
  12. If you are a key figure in Realtrack could I make I request for a few models? They are a good class 156 and a 142 which would look perfect with your class 143/144. Maybe 325/323/175/185? Doubt that all the models I requested would be produced but I hope you do produce some of the northern 142/156 models, I'm (hopefully) getting one of your fantastic models.
  13. I can see why your fed up with masking tape that's a lot of re paints, looking forward to seeing the finished products

  15. Nice job Mick, your structure gauging train looks good, I'm looking forward to seeing the breakdown coaches, as you will see under the pendolino for my picture I'm Warrington based so see it often. Your NR class 150 looks impressive!
