  3. I don't think that the allocation history tells the full tale, many Eastfield Locomotives were stabled at Kipps (65E) during their life, there is a photograph in "Scottish Region Colour Album" by George C O'Hara that shows about five of them stabled there in October 1961. Jim Howie
  4. Interesting appearance of a class 126 DMU in the background there, I thought that the last few were confined to the Ayrshire services by 1981, wonder why that one strayed as far as Edinburgh. Jim
  5. The drool monitor has officialy gone off the scale!!!! A true inspiration, just wait till I get the time to get mine up to something approaching that standard (don't hold your breath) Jim
  6. Please, please, please take Rangers and Celtic down to the English Premiership, they have bullied Scottish Football for too long and I am dying to see them get their face rubbed right in it in England. Their fans are glory hunting **self-censored**, lets see how wonderful they are after a few seasons without a trophy!! Jim
  7. To help those struggling to place the Millerhill shots, here is a comparison. For attachment=5439:26028_Millerhill_1a.jpg Same view on 5th of May 1989 Then on 12th May 2005, yes it is exactly the same spot!! For attachment=5440:40168_Millerhill_1.jpg Similar view sometime in 1990s Then on 12th May 2005, slightly further over the bridge, as all I would have seen was birch trees Plenty more Millerhill stuff on my Fotopic site. Jim
