      I think we all get days like that. Best thing may be to walk a way from whatever it is for a while, do something else, and perhaps look at it afresh tomorrow?

    My new Black 5 from ebay has arrived today and I'm very happy to say the least. Just needs some parts glueing back on and it'll be as good as new! Off to run it tonight and where's that decoder I ordered thesignalbox!!!!

      A well-used Lenz DCC controller has only just stumbled in here. Not sure the National Grid will be able to cope.....

    Fingers crossed that the rain will have gone by 5 in time for me to film a freight train and the sleeper tomorrow morning. But, this is England!!!

      Ooops, sorry! It rains even more here! :P I'm waiting for the freight at 4:55 now. I'm hoping it's in the St blazey ss. Is there somewhere there to hold freight trains?

    Debating whether to get up early tommorow to see the sleeper again or hope I get a good shot on Wednesday when I'll set it after a freight comes through. This is in Cornwall by the way!
