  15. Aren't these beautifully clear anticyclonic conditions just perfect both for photography and for getting out and about within....so wonderful without the full leaf canopy of the woodland...the wood anemones responding to the maximum light flooding through the bare branches.....lookout though...next week looks much colder...even the 'white stuff' perhaps in some areas, especially the higher levels!! Cheers for the beautiful pictures...Bob

  19. As a volunteer at Arley it was a real treat to have both yourself and the models during our very successful Spring Gala....please guys if you get a chance to go and see this superb model and say 'Hello' to Will....Cheers Bob (Arley Station)
  20. Cheers Grovenor There was a plan thread on here I believe was called 'Signalling Park Street', which was very similar in its use of single and double slips.....I am lead to believe that many railway companies and the powers that be...disliked their implementation.....I am not 'techno savie' about these matters and whilst every bit of information from the kind guys on here is very much appreciated and taken onboard sometimes I get a bt confused and disheartened to carry on with the existing layout.....it is the track plan of Penzance and Birmingham Moor Street that makes me think I will follow it through....however I am always open and appreciative of comments and guidance...Regards Bob
  21. I have taken inspiration for utilising single slips mainly from Penzance and Birmingham Moor Street or am I incorrect? Cheers Guys,,,, Bob
