I really like the result of the sea. I have to resurface the Loch on my layout, and I love the way your water looks. I really like waves. 👍 -

West Highland Line V4, a 1980's West Highland Line layout
Module00 replied to young37215's topic in Modelling real locations
Hello Rob, for the water of your loch you can paint the bottom of the water with acrylic paint with green and black (or blue/green and black) you start from the almost black center and you make a gradient towards increasingly lighter green towards the shore. then you spread three layers of acrylic medium to give depth. finally you spread several coats of glitter acrylic varnish with a brush. it is a simple method, but which limits the risk of failure. I learned about it in a book to create battlefields for Warhammer and it was simple and effective. best regards. -

Thank you for your help. It’s not the first time. I am really happy to find people than you, because it’s not easy to me to write in English. after when I bought two Accurascale class 37… DCC SOUND which I wait two years. that I pay a certain price, I can find it normal that the manufacturer has stock. I'm not asking for any favors and I wanted to pay the normal price for the part. I wish all the grumpy people never break one of their favorite models -

and because I made a mistake, I'm not allowed to buy a new body? you have never damaged your car or anything that belongs to you. you're very lucky. An accident with air-brush during a weathering work… ☹️ -

quite simply because AS does not agree to pay for a high-level model, of which, first : the sound of the horns and brake is really bad second : I am not satisfied with the after-sales service. Don't I have the right to give a feeling? a brand can improve it, seems to me, it's up to you to love it, free to me to make an average evaluation and objection. have fun with your models and let me speak about my problem with accurascale (who is on forum) which I don't think needs a lawyer. thank you and have a great evening. -

Module00 replied to Accurascale Fran's topic in Accurascale / Irish Railway Models
Thank you for your message, but why Bachmann have a lot of body in stock for each model’s ? an accident or a painting error is always possible… I therefore find that not having any stock (even a body) is not very serious. Especially since I wasn't necessarily asking for a body of 37026, but at least 37/0. I don't see what solution you are going to be able to give me. but I hope it's possible... regards. -

Module00 replied to Accurascale Fran's topic in Accurascale / Irish Railway Models
no, they didn't have any parts, not just the body. the after-sales service offered to give me advice on repainting the body... sorry but it looked really amateurish... if I compare to Bachmann, there is no match… ☹️ -

hello all, I damaged the body of the 37027. I contacted Accurascale SAV. NO spare parts available even other body of 37/0… funny manufacturer... very disappointed. why provide a sheet with spare parts in each box when there is not a single one available…
