Good start and looking forwards to the new layout. Try and make it so that you can attach Croydon North Street to west croydon, as it could look good and add interesting operational ideas. Just a thought, you don't have to do it. Keep up the good progress (and please keep up the good standards)!

Just a quick question about point motors. I ve started my first layout and Ive got to the stage where I need to think about point motors. What type should I use and what else do I need (I am thinking of using peco point motors but I dont know what type
good progress with the layout, but I liked it when everything looked new and unweathered. Also, with the class 466's, I think you should've kept the original chasis, but replaced the couplings with kadee's. Apart from that, really good
Great effect! I really like it, but I think it looks a bit too uneven. Potentially make all the platforms with the same thickness of snow if possible. Possible add sections like the footbridge where the snow has been cleared, and possibly add snow on the front on some of the trains and on the roofs. Apart from that, really nice and brings out a really nice feeling of Christmas!
Ive seen that page, and all the products look good. I think I probably won't get a kit until I have a proper layout. Fingers crossed I will get some peco flexi-track and cork for my birthday!
sorry if this is interrupting the thread, but does anyone know of a 4TC kit other than the MJT brass components ( I really don't like the idea of using brass as I would have to bring the kit into school, which could result in breakage! )?
I believe that layout needs 4th rail for the London Underground lines ( looks great already). It just seems to lack the complex and cramped trackwork of the Met. Good Job anyway!
