    For me my favorite 37 is 37261, first saw her on DRS' first tour with the new Air-con Mk2s at Carlisle last year, really glad she is going to be re-built and preserved. My other favorite is 37324 'Clydebridge' as she was my first 37 for haulage.

    In terms of diesel locos, i think the best Hornby locos are the 50, 56 and 60. In terms of steam then probably the B1, Standard 5, and the black 5. Would be nice of Hornby to produce a model of 44871 or 45407 in time!

    ah yes, forgot about those! 37884 is owned by Europheonix and is going on to be used abroad. Colas own about 3 or so? i know that they own 37219 and 37421, but they are the only ones i can remember!

    401 is coming back to the mainline again, as a direct swap for 37703. as 703 has the bent frames she will go to Bo'ness and 401 will go to DRS. As DRS need 37/4s with ETH, 401 will be better for them for use on charters etc.

    In terms of 37s still on the mainline, then these are the fleet lists (to my knowledge anyway!) DRS: 37038, 37059, 37069, 37194, 37218, 37259 37401, 37402, 37405, 37409,37419, 37422, 37423, 37425 37667, 37682, 37688 37601, 37602 ,37603, 37604, 37605, 37606, 37607, 37608, 37609, 37610, 37611, 37612 37703, 37713, 37716, 37718 DRS still own a lot of locos now stripped for spares, such as 261, 510 and a couple of others. 37703 is to be swapped with 37401 as 703 had a shunting accident at Daventry and has bent frames.
