  1. The first WW1 figures are now on the Modelu website with the 'loco crews' above now becoming 'Sappers' as replacement loco crews have been scanned for future release.
  2. Here's a couple from Duxford on Friday, 'practice' for Legends.
  3. Yes you can see some scans from Tracks to the Trenches on the Modelu Facebook page and their Instagram account.
  4. Dan Taylor Modelworks has a pair of (resin) BSA M20's in the catalogue http://www.dantaylormodelworks.com/2-bsa-model-m20-motorcycles-227-p.asp
  5. As I can read it; Military WW1, Military WW2, Military Post War, Industrial era 1/2, Railway 1920s, Railway 1950-1960, Railway 1970-1990, Railway 1990 on, Town & Country pre 1930, Town & Country 1930-1960, Town & Country Modern, Industrial era 3, Pendon 1930, Details, Trade & Services pre 1960, Trade & Services 1970 on.
  6. If anyone hasn't seen the latest Modelu instagram post, here is the picture showing the names of the new ranges due soon, looks like my wallet could be taking a big hit!!
  7. http://www.eliteukforces.info/air-support/658-Squadron/ Maybe an associated unit? British Army SF are after all believed to be operating modified Land Cruisers in Syria.
  8. Hmmmm wasn't a blue and white Dauphin helicopter anywhere around as well was there?
  9. Staying on the shape theme Leicester Square
  10. And sort of staying on that theme as it is still Easter (Just) KING'S CROSS ST PANCRAS
  11. Magic our Morris! RIP Bill
  12. You could use one of the many plastic kit 1/72 scale GAZ AA's to model one, as the GAZ was a license built Ford AA.
  13. Yep that's about the size of it, will there ever be money for the additional platform? Who Knows but in the meantime local communities lose their service again! Direct trains to Gatwick are useful, but it was easy enough with changes before, the knock on is local people lose out. Will the bus be used, probably not (the existing 390 bus service is mainly only used by schoolchildren), therefore in future no demand, therefore no additional platform for rail services!
  14. Sadly though, with the new timetable in April, it means we lose our local service between Stevenage and Hertford North, with Watton at Stone losing its rail connection again, to be replaced by buses, so all it will really do is add more traffic on the A602!
  15. Hmmm think they might have to bring their launch forward then if its already out there!!!

Looks good the later version is just what I need for my (yet to be built) Widford (on the Buntingford Line) layout!
  18. I'll agree with that, having been to the show many times at St Albans the move to Stevenage has been very positive, it really helps all being on one level, spent a good three hours at the show today and have to say all the layouts were superb, my own favourites being Arun Quay, Ynysybwl and The Bridge at Remagen, but they are purely personal choices, can't wait for 2019 now!
  19. What scale? Preiser do an HO scale tableware set PR17220.
  20. According to a photograph a coal merchant near me in the fifties had a Bedford OW (as produced by Oxford Diecast).
  21. How about the Natural History Museum at Tring, largest collection of stuffed animals I've ever seen!
  22. Ah yes Formula 5000, what noise!!! I enjoyed watching it as well.
