      This is starting to sound like one of those "meerkat" ads: "Whilst you open the fridge for the 27th time today - naughty!!"

       

      OK - perhaps not - but everyone needs days away from work every so often - that's why weekends and holidays were invented.

      Therein lies the curse of working from home, Andy. Been there, done that. 

       

      But, where ever you work from,  there must be breathing space.........There is much to be said for shutting the office door and driving away.
