Most of last year's 009 releases will have sold out anyway, most Bachmann 009 that you will see on their website is for forthcoming releases http://www.kernowmodelrailcentre.com/c/1346/Steam-Locomotives. They only have one 009 building in stock at present http://www.kernowmodelrailcentre.com/p/43363/44-0016-WSL-Bachmann-Scenecraft-Narrow-Gauge-Station and stock of this is being sent to Guildford. So the website does reflect what's available in the shops. Anyway, I don't expect you'll show any reasonable or pragmatic approach to events.

All totalling a nice round number, a bit like the cash at bank + petty cash tin.

Cold. -
Because it's been explained before when the shop opened. Because I've asked the question and I saw the stock on opening day. If they happened to be out of stock at that shop on that day they won't be on the shelves. It's helped management see that the staff criticised had indeed tried to assist.

The Small Companies Regs of 2013 did away with the P&L requirement to ease the administrative burden on small businesses.

The first micro accounts up to July 2014 don't show anything which would indicate that there was that level of asset value in the business.

I have asked the liquidators if they have any date on which the loans were made; they haven't at this stage as the statement is the Director's but may be available once investigations are complete.

I know Kernow have been trying to sort with their telecomms provider the option to be put through to Guildford as part of the menu system but it is taking far longer than they would like to resolve that. However, it is possible to speak to the main number in Camborne who can tell you if items are in stock at Guildford or connect you for other queries. Their website sales are serviced from Camborne of course and website availability shouldn't necessarily be taken as a guarantee that something is on the shelf at either store, particularly if there's a delay from checking online to walking in the store as someone could have just walked into either shop and bought significant amounts. With that proviso, Kernow aim to have the same stock available on shelves at both stores. They have a policy of asking customers if they need any help when they are browsing and aim to answer questions although some answers may not be obtainable from personal knowledge, catalogues, websites or the pack if the manufacturer hasn't given it. They also have the facility to review in-store cameras to see if any staff haven't been able to assist a customer. If you want to go to the shop and make significant purchases its wise to make a call to avoid disappointment. The Guildford store certainly isn't pointless but it's key purpose is to serve personal walk-in customers in addition to the online business and the shop in Camborne.

It won't and such sweeping statements are unfair on other parties who demonstrate an ethical and transparent approach. It could be considered a good thing that, to avoid comparisons, businesses who utilise the method will work harder to communicate with stakeholders about progress and mean more clarity. If they can't do that then, yes, some will suffer if they cannot adapt to the environment.

That implies that DJ had not included any crowdfunders/deposit placers in the statement whilst CG now believe they should have been. A black hole.

I've spoken to the liquidators this morning to ask why no consumer creditors were shown. Firstly it should be noted that this Statement of Affairs is that put forward by the Director and CG's investigatory process remains to be completed. At this stage they would not know an accurate list of who, and to to what value, are consumer creditors until any payment card refunds have gone through. The message is to keep pressing card isssuers for refunds as, whatever happens, there's not going to be realisable refunds from the process - if you don't get a refund you could become listed as a consumer creditor but it won't get you anything back.

From communications with China at very least it may be that ownership is disputed (legal title to such remains the property of xyz until settlement is made in full etc - a standard commercial term on invoices). Having seen communications offering production from such tooling to other parties this would seem to be the case - historical comments indicate that tooling costs were amortised over production runs by the factory and ownership may never have been transferable.

I didn't think you'd have any problem with that Martin. The car park at the top of the daunting Bur Way - https://maps.app.goo.gl/8wTrobTdGsQRnb1X7 -

Sadly not, although that's one of my favourite roads in Britain. However from there you can often see four out of the seven hills shown in my pic. -

Go on, I'll chuck one in. Quite a straightforward one featuring some of the more significant hills all in the same county. -
You should be hearing from them today. Apparently some items were to follow and they hadn't heard back from you whether you wanted the in-stock items sending.

My guesswork is that there's not many linear settlements below a coastal undercliff. There is a significant but subtle clue on the skyline and triangulating back from that and the solar panels on the houses puts me here - https://www.google.co.uk/maps/@50.5825317,-1.2454329,158m/data=!3m1!1e3 with an estimated time of 08.00 on a mid-June morning. -
