I think the malarkey was waiting 7 years and being advised by the supplier I had 2 weeks only to confirm I still wanted my order. But heyho

I can't recall as I deleted it after realising I was unable to reply as I had through no fault of mine exceeded the deadline. I think it was 17/12/2017

No they apologised for the delay and the new higher price asking if I still wanted them but to get the £5 discount I had to reply by 31/12/2017.

I was a bit cheesed off after waiting years to get some weathered examples to find (after internet access problems) on the 6th January 2018 that I had received an email giving me 2 weeks to confirm if I still wanted them. They did offer a £5 reduction if I replied before 31/12/2017 but after that they would assume I didn't want them no lee way for any circumstances preventing access to their communication -we wait years they give us 2 weeks not good customer service from a Company who are normally top drawer at customer service

just placed another order for some Bachmann coaches last Sunday over the net, received email confirming item was being prepared for posting, then email stating it had been posted, received Wednesday (royal mail 2nd class - my choice). Excellent service again

Placed order on website Sunday, items arrived Tuesday, first class service
