    I don't know of exact number painted but I have seen pics/video of 6-8 yellow ended BZA mixed with tiphook hooded steal carriers at Bescot and and a train of around 10 between Tees yard and Middlesbrough. There's pic of a 56 with a short train passing Thornaby with a BBA also.

    It's worth looking on Brian Daniels Flickr site.(sorry on my phone and don't know how to post a link) there's a lot good pics of wagons, loco details and... specific to this thread MOD trains of vehicles with lights, tracks, wheels missing, lorry cabs and some unusual containers

    Me been a local boy I must say this is a great thread Its brings back memories of my Dad taking me to the cattle dock out side GY Town on summer evenings waiting for the HST from London and occasionally seeing a 37 or 47 running light to or from Cleethorpes. On your bunk round IM in December 89 it looks like the shunter is, judging by the double arrow on the battery box and cab side depot plate is 08388. 185s now rein supreme on the Trainspennines again as class 170s have now all gone to Chiltern. Please keep the pics coming.
