  1. Hi Peter, its puré fiction im afraid. I have kept it simple as it is something that I would like to see complete (ish) one day John
  2. After Looking at a drawing in Talbots book LNWR Engines I realised that what I had done was nothing like the real thing. So I had another try its not quite finished yet but hopefully more like the real thing John
  3. I did it, Just a little bit pleased. The rod for the vac pump is in the cross head as I believe its supposed to be and it works.
  4. With the Lady of the Lake loco I am hoping to have the vac pump rod working. I Will have to take the cross head apart. The idea is to have the connecting rod and the cross head loose, held in with the washers either side of both items. (if that makes sense). Well....... Thats the plan
  5. Its back to the Lady of the Lake locomotive, I have ordered the gear box for it so hopefully it Will be running soon. I am quite pleased so far John

  7. I have Just recently recieved a kit for the A class 0-8-0 freight engine from LONDON ROAD MODELS, these kits are only reléased in batches when demand is high enough.
  8. This is a new thread on my LNWR P4 project. I have Just converted a Bachman Coal Tank to P4 Just to see how it would turn out. I have to say that it has gone very well indeed. Just a few hours work and a running P4 model.

  16. When I did the running plate for the Lady of the Lake locomotive I annealed it very carefully, it made forming it much easier. Having said that others may not agree John
  17. I am putting together two jumbows at the moment so I Will be very interested in yours John
