It's a Bachmann one. Not available at the moment, but a few on eBay and on used one at Hatton's http://www.hattons.co.uk/308623/Bachmann_Branchline_44_0042_LN02_Timber_and_Stone_Signal_Box_Pre_owned_Like_new/StockDetail.aspx
Thanks for the info. I'll have a look.

Hi Is that a one off or an available S&D signal box?Picked up a S&D signal box to replace the Ratio one that has stood in so far. This may also find itself on the other platform, more in keeping with Binegar. This will also mean moving all the telegraph poles to the other side of the track.
The rather small water tower will also be replaced with something that stands a little taller than the water cranes.
Cheers

Brilliant Chris I did win the eBay auction on issue 114 and have as of yesterday. I would gladly take you up on your offer time is not an issue as it will take me a fair time to make it! I can reimburse any expenses Cheers.A quick scan of the MRJ index shows you need 115 to 123, I've got them all and can scan but it will take time (work etc)

I might have these but it'll take time to find them.
I do wish she was called by her 'proper' name though. She's 'Shannon' from the Sandy & Potton Tramway (1850)
Cheers Chris I have put a bid in on 114 issue to start me off £4ish inc posting, its for two the other is issue 95 or there abouts so not any use. I'll keep checking eBay to for more.

Just found a fair few 4mm bits I bought, I was going to have my first go at scratch building this 17 years ago! But just going for a likeness not a finescale model.
Obviously the drawings were in 7mm I reduced them on a photocopier to be close enough.
Lost the magazines and photocopies now though, found issue 114 on eBay and a couple others of the 10 needed, May resurrect it if I can get the info again. Goofle brought me here. Any info would be welcomed.

Excellent layout and as a local S&D fan one of my favourites since popping in here and signing up very recently.
I lived in Gurney Slade for 4 years when 1st married late 80s now live in Wells.
Keep up the good work and a few more videos with your lovely locos and stock wouldn't go a miss.
Cheers

Oh dear! Shame the front index was not completed for newbies like me. Spent best part of 2 weeks reading the thread as it's a station local to me and a S&D fan, didn't want to spoil the final result by skipping to the end. Only to be disappointed. Does this happen often on these threads? Advice I guess is skip to the end then go back and see how it was built.
