Hi Ade, Yes ballast day is looming. I am going to operate the points, as there are only 5 by dowel through the boards. So they need to be cut in under the board and through the frame. Priority hopefully this weekend is to fix the track down, after first exchanging a couple of pieces of track cut incorrectly. I too created a short to me ages to find and it was staring at me in the face. Got to say really admire your sweeping curves into the station Ade, as well of course the superb man cave its housed in.

Great news the water tower has been started. I realised I haven't mentioned who built my buildings to date. They have been made by 422 Modelmaking all buildings are bespoke.

Been off work this week and if I can whip up some motivation fit the front to the layout to hide the unsightly bits.

Fencing fixed on platform a right going on for a person with fat fingers!

Made a start on the spear fencing on the platform, very early stages as the building will be moved up to the fencing. All needs to be glued and straightened.

The Class 31 is not sound fitted or indeed DCC. This one is again moving on to pastures new, when the right depot is found.

This beauty is far too big for my layout so is another loco looking for a change of depot.

With some regret this beast is surplus to requirements and must find another depot.

Its a beauty of a livery, pleased Heljan rectified the initial livery but miffed about the slight error on the livery under the front windows.

I hope they are prepared for a long wait. Not sure when the Dapol 122 will arrive to pick them up!! Anyone heard when the Cl 122 is due?
