get an ESU blown with the file is the best option you’ve got in my opinion… admittedly I tweeked mine so both markers and headlight came on with F0 and headlight off on a different function.

id go with leaving the 8 pin where it is personally… if you cant afford to retro fit sound you can pick plux 22’s up cheap to give you time to save up…

why wouldn’t you just get a plux22 chip?

surely the point of the samples to get it right prior to production? If they wernt improving each time I’d be concerned..:

they are exactly the same - pry slightly apart and the chassis dropped out

personally I’d get matches chips of your going to buy them and and sounds from someone else - makes it 100% working out the box
