yeah thats true, they are less important then other functions, and tbh happy the other important functions have taken priority :)

my Hornby elite can only do 28 functions so i cant access the announcements

is there a way to save all the function lists to external hard drive like sd card so if you change your tablet or phone etc you dont have to key in all none txs and tts locos?

luckily i have 2 elites, one at home and i lent one to the model railway club for their dcc layout, i do agree that people might be put off, as i said ages ago, people arnt going to take out their accurascale, Bachmann, cavalex etc sounds out for Hornby sounds to play with hm7000, that one of the reason i got the dongle

yeah thought as much it be hardware or maybe a bug in latest update or something, but i tried some body else tablet that same as mine while watching the football left app open on both and mine was restarting while the other one was working fine, so defo my tablet and not the app

must be faulty one then i got as most time goes into sleep mode it restarts and when you power off it always turn back on after couple mins, i get hold where i got it from tomorrow :)

is anyone having issues with lenovo tablet m10 plus gen 3, mine wants restart all the time and wont let hm7000 app take photos or import photos, why i asked about which Samsung work with hm7000 app

ahhh, i did not know, i never used a select, only elite and thought they work the same way sort of

it is easy, or i found it easy, tho i got he elite controller, if you have spare printer lead, plug it into the select and PC, laptop, download the select update firmware and follow the onscreen instructions, again i only used an elite, if im wrong please correct me

hi icons not issue i done them, wish i had photo to show you, its in the set up, you press the spanner were you want to put your function, then you give it a name and key in the function number? on the elite controller, function list is 0 to 9 for example 3 is the horn 0 is lights, to get to functions 10 to 19 you must press the function key again and use numbers 0 to 9, what i want to know is, is that same when in set up or can you use numbers 10 11 12, or on page 2 do you have to use 0 to 9 numbers just like the elite functions? hope this helps LOL

yes but what im asking as function number on page 2 in the settings were you name it and say what number the function key is, do i put 0, 1,2,3 or do i put 10,11,12,13 etc in

yes but on the elite after function 9, you got press function key again to get to functions 11 to 19, again using 0 to 9 numbers to play the sound, is that same when entering the function number then give it any icon you wish?

hi all ne more question, when doing the function list, each page allowed 9 functions, so on page 2 is it like the elite controller, 0 is also number 10 on page 2 or can you type in 10 or doe sit have to be 0 and then use image of F10 etc

my dongle haven't arrived yet, tho been looking in the engine shed, where it says assign decoder is that were you say dongle ?? also do i have set up f1 to 28 for example type lights and set it to f1 or use the images?

can i access the engine shed without any hm7000 a sim waiting for the dongle to arrive, or is it best to wait for the dongle and then link it first?
