    the 4mm Coach by Stephen Williams Part 2 (Wild Swan 20000 ISBN 9781874103615)

    I have been searching for months for this book on the internet worldwide as well as all the usual sources. Even those few libraries that have a copy of Part 2 refuse to lend it.

    Any suggestions?
