  1. Just check the cover for tools required to compleate.......if its a milling machine,welding set,lathe,plasma cutter and a 10 ton press its a piece of cake i guess

  4. I guess it proves the old saying nothing lasts forever but im suprised they have not sold the name. Theres lots that will remind us of them and its a name written into model rail history,my 66 fleet makes me smile more now, the Hornby Dublo CD with Keith on, it must be hard for remaining family to swallow the loss.

To be honest i think you become locked to what you see as your interest in something blossoms,i remember when the steam and 9f haulage stopped to the steelworks the older guys just gave up as to them the diesel had no life or character of the steam train,who wants to take photos of that modern was the comment often heard.Will be the same for most as the railways progressed and the modern liverys seem to have spurred on the young to follow them,like or loath the 66 its reliable and doing the job in hand mostly alone and has far exceded the life of some of the earlier locomotives now with some looking unsure to run again and stripped for parts.Its progress.................

  10. first production run of the Class 66 locomotives and will arrive in the first quarter of 2024. Its on the news section of there site.............

The voltage that ive seen @McC give is 14/16 volts but using powercab with DCCconcepts meter ive not seen anyware over 13 volts, there is the new aeigis from DCC concepts coming soon with the ability to up the track supply (4 settings) as its made to compliment powercab and go wireless, thanks for your investigation.

I dont see why Lance had not sorted with Hattons to send it for repair,perhaps its the one who was a bit shadey riding pushbikes,will swell the you tube clicks for the channel i guess,the sound issue has been well discused here,would it not be better done with speakers in series to improve the issue before run two?? @Accurascale

  21. I just think the cost of living is taking hold of a lot of things,not so long ago everything was sold out in a few days at times,on a brighter note and its got lots of 37,s in heres a great video ive been watching on you tube,give the guy a like.
  22. Well its quater one start next week so not long now,just paid for the curved ball they threw in last week so bring it on boys,lets ying ying in the new year. On the horn thing 751 certainly gets your attention best.......very beer hall stuff.
