Surely the figure of “Sir” on LB is an anachronism? And not based on observation?
A 1950s layout with a figure wearing slacks and jumper? No jacket, no formal trousers, and no headwear, although I accept hats were not de rigueur by then.
As an aside I note there is a thread entitled something like “Prototype for Everything” on here. I find the best and most believable models model the everyday and common place. The one offs tend to detract from the scene and if there are many “one offs” then, to me, they destroy the entire effect. No matter how good the modelling.
