How about putting something in your signature as a reminder 

how do i do that?

If you go to your profile (top right on this machine) there is a tab called 'About me' fill out a message and save it and it should be in your signature at the bottom of your posts. If I've got it wrong contact Andy Y (Mod) and I'm sure he'll help. 

Or put a thread up in 'Forum help' saying... ....   and you're sure to get answers.
