as a moderator, I thought that you would have more of a concern that folk just aren't coming on this forum as much,if at all , a yawn is pretty childish in my eyes . If you are that bored by the comments about pop ups, doesn't that show that there have been many and maybe this needs looking at ?

I have tried to ignore the multitude of pop up adverts for a few weeks , but, it's time to look elsewhere I think , it's just too many for me and it spoils the use of the site completely ,I understand the need for revenue but this is overkill , never seen the like on any other site apart from the obvious clickbait ones tbh and I don't continue to try to read those either, not sure I am alone with this from reading the comments on the subject .

this is exactly why green issues are being slated as a money making scam, more green and energy efficient businesses means the councils charge more business rates ,surely that is the complete opposite of what should be going on and will make businesses think twice about going greener ? time this was redressed I feel and companies,councils and Network Rail (to keep this on topic !) etc should be reigned in with this before it gets completely out of control

doesn't this show the green credentials of the government ? Network Rail isn't a private company AFAIK ,so to price electric traction off the rails is just ridiculous , especially whilst they are busy telling us all to go green , this hypocrisy exists ! a sign of things to come with electric cars I fear once they become even more popular

I remember a school holiday to London from Warrington ,must have been 1973 or 74 , a teacher organised a day visiting stations etc, Clapham junction sticks in my mind ,all kinds of strange 3 rail things to be seen,happy days !

they drank fuel no matter what engine was fitted , I drove a 2.3 van for a tyre delivery company ,went like stink when empty but boy did it have a thirst !

no orange square coupling codes on the first 2 even though they had the factory fitted mw cables or did coupling codes come along later ?

they were definitely black back then , if it was dirt ,the orange squares wouldn't look so orange in the picture I reckon
