Hey there - sorry for the slow reply. The latest is that they're progressing well through production and we hope they'll be on their way over the next month or so. I read somewhere that there was a change in policy at Wensleydale and they cleared out anything that doesn't have an immediate restoration plan. Afaik these are "preserved" but as we've seen, these days that can mean many things!

Morning! - we just put a few remainder 56s up https://ultimatemodelrailways.com/collections/in-stock These are new models that we held back for returns/replacements etc.* Ones that were previously sold out are: 008 x1 049 x1 055 x1 120 x1 074 x1 railtour pack x1 (all DCC ready) Aside from these we have 13 x 018, 8 x 019, 8 x 070, 4 x 077 All being well we'll do the same next Monday with a couple more, but then that's about it! We also have a couple of pairs of replacement EM/P4 wheels, and we're uploading the TEA/BBA/PGAs etc today. (if you want to combine postage with an order for one of the 56s above just let us know) *(If you have a current conversation with us about pre-orders/replacements/overseas etc. then those are accounted for)

I think we can all agree the next run should be the whole Westbury construction pool.

Quick update from us - We're back, thank you for bearing with us. All of this week's orders are either with Royal Mail, or ready for Monday's pick up. We still have a few pre-orders that we're chasing up - if you've not heard from us about a pre-order please get in touch. We're about 80% through our stock and only have DCC Ready left (sold out completely of 091 and the rail tour pack). Next to sell out are probably 023 (x8) and 120 (x3). We currently have 1x EM wheel pack and 2x P4.

We only have DCC Ready I'm afraid, after 091 it was the next to go!

Hi everyone, what a busy week! This is the DCC Sound stock we have: 018 EWS x 4 019 RF Red stripe x 7 046 Construction x 3 055 LoadHaul x 4 097 Metals x 6 Railtour pair x 1 (only 3 DCC Ready) We have all DCC ready numbers in stock currently (and there are plans for sound chips, so that might be a good route to the sold out sound ones!) So here's the rub - we're travelling next week and after tonight we're not able to ship until next Saturday (10th)*. It's lousy timing but we thought it's better to be upfront rather than hastily arrange an attempt at normal service. And given how hectic this week has been that's a big ask - we've shipped over 300 grids so far! We're checking email/messages for support/delivery queries/returns, and we have people in place to help with things going wrong, but we don't want to commit to shipping next week. We also, frustratingly, have a small number of orders that were dropped off with DPD on Wednesday night that haven't updated tracking. We're assured that they are on the move, and things should resolve themselves shortly. Next on the list is to message the affected orders with an update but I wanted to be transparent here. In the future we're going to look at alternative shipping options also. Lastly thank you for the kind words on here, we appreciate people ordering with us. *we're going to call last orders at midnight, so anything ordered tonight will get to DPD tomorrow.

Hi everyone It's great seeing the 56 out there in people's hands! I thought I’d do an update on our stock and what we’ve been up to since our delivery on Friday. Current orders: Firstly thank you for your business - we appreciate that we’re a new name and a bit of an unknown company but you have to start somewhere! Thank you for your patience as we get things mailed, we’ve sent 100+ so far. We’ve shipped all our paid preorders, so they should either be delivered or with DPD. We had a slight delay getting them to pick up from us so we sent a load through the post office (still DPD). If your tracking status shows it’s dropped at a pickup shop that’s likely us putting it there rather than they’ve delivered it to a shop (unless you’ve requested that via them). Orders from Friday and Saturday are shipped also. Sunday and today’s orders are either shipped or will go tomorrow morning. We have a few preorders that haven’t been paid - we’ll chase up on those but if you have an order with us and we haven’t been in touch, please give us a shout. New orders: Our stock levels are tied to the site, so things go out of stock in real time. 🔊 Sound: We’ve currently sold out of 091 (DCR), 049 (Colas), 008 (BR blue), 074 (Coal), 070 (BR Blue). Hey all, just a quick note to say we've now got the single inners, and double outer packs available for preorder. We left the 5 packs up as bundles, please be aware these are formed of the same wagon running numbers as the separately available wagons. We've had a few people ask about payment plans and such, it's on our list of things to set up but we don't have them yet. We do have payment via paypal which includes some options on their side, and we're happy to set up something manually in the mean time though as required.

No the 5 packs are made up of those running numbers - so effectively there are two running numbers for original inners that aren't included on the packs. Once the site is updated I'll change the existing orders so they're made up of packs of outers & single inners, and get in touch if anyone is after the extra two original inners.

Morning! I'll get this sorted now, shouldn't be long. FYI we're doing 4 outers / 8 inners in original, 2/3 in revised and 2/3 unbranded. Hehe there's been lots of discussion about this. In theory they ran in sets of 5, but when a set of say 14 or 18 was required then a couple of inners would be dropped out at the quarry. Plus they'd be mixed in with PTAs, which muddies things further! So in the end we crunched the numbers from the expression of interest spreadsheet and did as many running numbers as we could for each variant.
