    Hi Gearjammer, We’re planning on doing pairs of outers and then the inners as single packs (with multiple running numbers). We have then as packs of 5 on the site at the moment but we’ll change this to reflect the above, so there’s more flexibility. They did tend to run in blocks of 5, and we’ve planned running numbers to reflect this, but appreciate that some people may want to mix them with other wagons on the market. We’re working towards summer for arrival/delivery, production is about to get underway.

    Ah good to know! Any idea why it went via Neasden on the way out? Didn’t know about the GX run, I’ve not been able to find much on Flickr so far aside from a trip from Acton with a 60.

    Nice! I assume they went through Greenford. I used to commute through West Ruislip and they seemed to be there in the reception siding every week or so (if it wasn’t those it was 2x2 20s with new surface stock). I guess it’s ballast to supply the engineering train base at West Ruislip.

    Nothing like a rogue bit of code to wake you up in the morning - there was a problem with our Shopify theme, we’re working on that now (and we’ll put some updates on the site at the same time!) but we’ve taken the site offline for a short while to make some updates. Hopefully we’ll be back within the day. The samples btw are looking lovely, we’re really happy with them and excited to get them made!

    I would love a set of 80s and 90s 31s. As you said, they have only scratched the surface. Mainline and Blue 31/4s are a shoe in, surely!

    019 was withdrawn in 1999 when it was switched off at Immingham. It was still in red stripe then, and was scrapped around 2003 afaik.
