Mark, IN22 was taken in the morning, so the i d is right. I am less sure about C2085, The Day Continental as from the shadows I think I took it in the afternoon. Do you have any idea which service it might have been? I think it is a Parkeston service, unless it was a special working. David

Guy, Thanks very much for trying to work out the loco numbers for me. I hate to say it but having had another and more careful look at my notes I must have taken the photos between the 28th and 31st July 1981. The images just before the Class 25s were taken on 28th July, so the 25s could not have been earlier as I was only using one camera then. David

Beromunster and Menziken for today.Both are on a branch off the Seetalbahn from Emmenbrücke to Lenzburg which runs alongside the road for part of its length. Beromunster was the terminus of the branch from Beinwil am See, Menziken was a passing station on the line.
