Well I have had a bash at making two coils. Slightly different weight card used on these to see which I prefer, and can't make my mind up. Still need to get a white marker pen to add some waffle on them. The strapping is cut down insulation tape. The coils are painted Humbrol Metalccote 27003 Polished Steel and then polished a bit.

Normal birds are a bit thin on the ground, and on the feeders! But we have had a few different liveried Pigeons recently.

Class 25 on the connecting line between Bedford Midland and Bedford St Johns. Don't know which one it was unfortunately, it would be about 1980.- 518 replies

They were long jobs Mike as you tipped it at Didcot then went to Avonmouth and loaded and back to Didcot.
