Given that they had to do it in Budapest, I thought they did alright. There are loads of photos of '50s Paris street scenes so they would have had to do their research. The interior scenes seem to have been done in Ealing Studios, just down the road from my office! I suppose we should be grateful they didn't try to do it in generic French accents - that would have made it too 'Allo 'Allo.
