Angry is not the word 2 parcels via royal mail should have been redeilvered to my local post office but they have been delivered to some random person from the sorting office one of said parcels is a class 40 sound decoder from dckits gggrrrr

  A Hornby 'Royal Scot' I got as a birthday present arrived with the buffers broken. Sent it to Margate (when they were still there) and told all the other products of that livery had sold out but somehow a replacement turned up. On to the track and it had faulty running. Back it went and the replacement for THAT was OK but the coupling was prone to falling off frequently. Had Royal Mail taken more care in the first place those annoying 6 months would never have happened!
