  1. Good news folks were are clearing the back log....thank you for your patience and the lovely people praising my posties in Derbyshire as they battle on.....thou some have had some right unwarranted abuse im afraid.
  2. 30000 agency was quoted most of them left with in a week if I'm honest and those under 25 don't want work im afraid I.e if I do more than 20 hours a week I won't get my tax credits I don't do Saturdays etc....oh well just got home Sunday of for some of us and into battle again Monday...keep up the patience folks please.

  4. That's great have looked at the oxford rail ones and guessed they were loco hauled. The Hornby ones with lights appear the most recent ones I believe. Shame they aren't as detailed.

I have decided to go br blue after years of Great Western modelling. new challenge and spent sunday afternoons with my dad on the end of new street platforms to give our mom a rest when is was 12 ish. I have just got a hst power car set the 2016ish blue grey Hornby one but wondered who did the best coaches to match it.

  8. Hi agree this fellas work is unbelievable. Just used Steve a couple of Times the last was a plastic looking gwr42xx from Hornby and asked for a medium to heavy war weary finish and was amazed when it returned truely a work of art.i cannot recommend Steve highly enough.

  13. hi i have fitted dcc chips and sound chips and speakers to dcc ready stuff but looking for help with a Bachmann 45 xx without a ddc socket, it has a leaflet in the box from Bachmann about dcc fitting ir remove the two capacitors and solder the red and black wire to position to 4 and 3 grey and orange to 1 and to on the pcb board etc but what about the other colour wires on the decoder once the 8 pin socket is snipped off i know the two brown are for the speaker but what about the blue yellow etc do just tape them off out the way ??
  14. Hi im new to o gauge and dcc so please bear with. I'm using a digitrax super chief 5 amp as my dcc system and cannot get any sound from the auto coach. I can get the interior and cab lights on but the do not correspond to the function numbers on the instruction sheet or any sound at all..? Any help would be welcomed in Layman's terms please
