    I have just bought two Hornby locos, R2448 Lady Patricia and R2542 City of Wells, both say DCC ready on the box but the instructionssay nothing about a chip. Are these locos DCC ready or not ? Thanks.

    I use a NCE Powercab PRO system. Dont know who to ask about repairs as I bought the set about 4 years ago from a friend. Would it be worth asking Bachmann?

    Hi all, I have bought a DJ Models J94 loco,what DCC chip would everyone reccomend to fit in it.

    I looked at it in WHSmiths, but did not buy it because of the very poor paper quality, I bought Hornby Magazine instead.

    I see in the Feb Hornby mag there class 50 TTS sound chips on the way . On looking at the Hornby website there is nothing about them. Are my eyes playing tricks with me?

    Talk about sectorisation to Hornby and they will think you mean the big four .[LNER, LMS,GWR,SOUTHERN ] Look at what they did with D400 for the 50's birthday , Better off doing it yourself.If thats what you want.

    Hi Alex, If demand is expected to be high, is that not a good reason to limit it to one per customer. Give everybody a chance to get one, not just the Ebay profiteers. Roger. ps, Looking forward to seeing it, whatever it is.
