2mm Shop 2 order arrived this morning. More things to make.
-
2mm stand at Ally Pally. Must remember about the clocks and get there at the right time! Come and say "hi"
-
A parcel from etched pixels arrived today addressed to my wife... ...must be my Christmas presents

After spending a huge chunk of today waiting in the fracture clinic the dislocated thumb is ruled out in favour of a scaphoid fracture that they haven't found yet.
-
An enjoyable day out at the AGM and the bits for my mill arrived while I was out.
-
Another productive morning lettering some more wagons. Clearing the work bench might reveal a shortage of space in stock boxes.
-
back from a good but tiring day talking 2mm at TINGS to find lasagne already in the oven and wine in the fridge. Now sozzled.
-
Been shopping: A pair of calipers for my lathe, two Dapol Halls that were on sale in the local model shop and a Ratio signal box interior.
-
Been to the Olympics this morning. Just catching up on the cycling action from this afternoon.

Bogie brakes all assembled awaiting fixing with a touch of solder. Time to distract myself to a different ongoing project ;-)

No Pete, and not guilty, Andy. I wanted to pick up a few more at the AGM but the peg was empty. My shopping basket was rather small actually: 40 buffers, 30 axles of wagon wheels, 3 packs of top hat bearings, A mink C kit, and a GNR cattle wagon etch. I think the brakes actually came with the coach kits over a year ago, perhaps two.

Can use CAD left handed. I might still be productive whilst mending!

Cl150/1 appeared in the post yesterday. Just waiting on a 150/2 to complete this collection. I think I'm at the bottom of the slippery slope :-/
-
Clean install of Windows 2000 running AutoCAD of the same vintage. Much better than any of the AutoCAD clones and free 2D that I've tried.
-
Didn't realise that going digital would involve translating so much German
-
email to say my 150/2 has been despatched :-)

Excited to see ###### lever frames arrived today.
-
filling up a basket on the scale link website and pondering whether I should click order?
-
Finally got the milling machine in pieces so that I can install replacement parts because no-one seems to want to touch these things. Now I have to obtain the spare parts, which after talking to the impostors should only be 2-3 weeks. Sigh.

Finished some wagons \o/

fitted 30 coupling links (5 wagons) and only fed one to the carpet monster. That's a pretty high success rate!
