    The mortgage provider is being an orifice. Their underwriting goons annoy me - they've gone from giving money out hand over fist with no checks four years ago, to not being able to recognise a safe borrower if one twanged their braces and danced naked on the bonnet of their Porsche.

      You may also be aware that mortgage lenders have spent the last couple of years deleting Solicitors' firms from Lenders' Panels, on the basis that not enough business is coming in. D'oh! Wonder why that is?
