      Having been an long time Radio 2 listener back to the Good Old days of Sir Terry when travelling to and from uni - maybe I need to get my coat as I seem to be the odd one out :)

      I like Radio 2 for four shows: Sounds of the Sixties (Sat AM), Sounds of the Seventies (Sun PM), Sounds of the Eighties (Fri PM), and Pick of the Pops (Sat PM?).

       

      Depends on your music taste, obviously, but not all bad. IMO.

  8. Today I get to write off UkMail as business I will ever deal with again. Useless timewasting liars. Next time I have something to send I will employ two teenagers to kick it around the street and then dumping in a bin - the same effect and probably cheaper

      the saying "they're all the same" is certainly true, also the saying "you get what you pay for" is total bo££ox

      i work in the industry tho not for one of the post and [arcel ytpe companys we do more industrail stuff can tell you the reason so much stuff gets damaged and goes missing the appaling warehouse staf usualy poorly trained foriegn workers on minimum wage with poor language skills and very little motivation to do a good job who are very transient pay peanuts you get monkeys .

      Which reminds me: a private narrow gauge railway in mid Wales I go to every year has a diesel loco fitted with an engine from a Mini.
