Pics as promised,  but unfortunately LIFE got in the way of further progress this morning.

So, sorted out some foliage that was removed when I inserted the Station.

Laid down some white to represent the chalk showing through the Grass and bushes eventually.

And painted the Station retaining wall with a mix of orange, and brown, then a watery wash of dirty cream for the mortar.

More soon I promise.😀 👍

Hi Gang, Lazy Sunday afternoon after a nice Steak for Fathers day lunch, courtesy of the Good Lady, and now a quick catch up.

The GOOD NEWS is that on checking this morning, the Layout IS still there.

YES, apart from the Alonso win bit I'm afraid, don't like him much either.

Strange, there are only two Drivers that I don't seem to gell with, and that is MV and FA, but it looks increasingly likely that one of them will be the next Camp, or should that be CHUMP.

Vestcrashen will drive at a mandatory 20mph in the middle of the road, and still complain if anyone tries to overtake him.

Thanks David, and my diet went out the window, for 2 days, as we also went to "The Starlight Club" i.e. the top of Portsdown hill for Burger and chips. Micks Burger Van / Trailer     https://www.micksmonsterburgers.com/  has been there since I was a kid, the only difference is that it is now open 24 /7 and the local Cops and Paramedics etc use it as a base on night shift as well. Great food and piping hot and on a nice day, or night, a view to die for across the Solent  to the Isle of Wight.
