Lovely effects all round - weathered track, scenery, backscene...

And Jamaica Inn is just the other side of that tor....

Totally off Topic, but my parents had their Honeymoon in Jamaica Inn, in April 1945, as Dads uncle was the Landlord. Sorry Andy Y, for the interruption to normal service.

Well that will spice it up hopefully, but the whole grid will be pitting within a few laps of each other.

Maybe another NEW permanent rule to liven up the end of the season.  😃

    H Andy

Not having been before I don't know the building so probably best if we meet at the entrance. I'll be wearing a Big Cat Sanctuary baseball cap.

I know what you look like!!!!!

    Paul

And I'll have a Fender or Guitar shirt or top on and big grin. 👍

Good to see the update Andy. Its coming along nicely.

    Signals next?

Yes Paul, I will probably do the Lifting Flap and other end board first, but I do have a load of Colour Lights ready to go in. BTW, Fareham = Sat AM. I will aim to get there for opening time, so where do you want to meet, i.e a Layout / Trader / Entrance? I will look in again before the weekend.

    Morning Andy

Nice to see your railway coming together..... I think you need a few characters like your old mate LJ and company helping out on your layout. 😁

He and the motley crew are well and still getting into spots of bother....

Glad to see he is still gainfully employed mate, looking good.

    Nice progress there Andy.

Are you going to the Fareham Exhibition in October?

    Paul R

Hi Paul, I'm not sure at the moment, I have a Gig in Gosport on the Sat night so a rest on the Sat afternoon and then not home till gone midnight, so if I do it may be on the Sat morning just for an hour or so. I'll let you know if I do as I guess your going, so it would be good to meet up. Best thing is let me know your plans and I will try to fit with them. Cheers, Andy.

I thought your 7mm layout (Can’t recall the name) was quality. Excellent modelling.

Cheers, Sorry for the late reply, there was Seven Mills Sidings, Bench Road, Bala Town, Trebudoc, and a couple of others as well. Glad you liked them.

All the best Andy - I like the sound of your Weatherspoon's breakfast.

Hi Andy, any updates on the layout?

    Cheers, Ade.

    YES,,,,,,YES,,,,,YES, 😃    There is 🙄 = Its still here. 😁.

Not worked on it for a bit, but my mate Kevin came down two weeks ago, and we had a really good all day running session, (after a really good Weatherspoon's breakfast), and not one Train did a full circuit continuously. It was works as intended,  = Fiddle Yard "A" to Yard avoiding loop, and back to second F/Y "B".  2nd F/Y "B" to lower Yard, dethatch Loco and shunt stock into sidings or other Roads to make up New Trains. NSE 117 was run between services only on the upper Station section, and either through or back. Each of the above Freight moves were done with Trains running in opposite directions. and it took about 5 hours to do all we had to do, and still didn't move everything. It has potential, but still busy with the Bands and playing 2 or 3 nights a week sometimes.

    I WILL BE BACK. 🤪 👍

Would you believe it! Now found Trebudoc in the October 2013 issue of Railway Modeller!

Well that was a long time ago. A friend of mine still has it, and has done some amazing work on it I believe. He live in Derbyshire, si I've not seen it for nearly 5 years.
