Lovely effects all round - weathered track, scenery, backscene...
And Jamaica Inn is just the other side of that tor....
Totally off Topic, but my parents had their Honeymoon in Jamaica Inn, in April 1945, as Dads uncle was the Landlord. Sorry Andy Y, for the interruption to normal service.

Great new Video Ian, and I really must play catch up, and do some more. Love your new scenic work mate. Stunning.

Well that will spice it up hopefully, but the whole grid will be pitting within a few laps of each other.
Maybe another NEW permanent rule to liven up the end of the season. 😃

H Andy
Not having been before I don't know the building so probably best if we meet at the entrance. I'll be wearing a Big Cat Sanctuary baseball cap.
I know what you look like!!!!!
Paul
And I'll have a Fender or Guitar shirt or top on and big grin. 👍

Good to see the update Andy. Its coming along nicely.
Signals next?

Yes Paul, I will probably do the Lifting Flap and other end board first, but I do have a load of Colour Lights ready to go in. BTW, Fareham = Sat AM. I will aim to get there for opening time, so where do you want to meet, i.e a Layout / Trader / Entrance? I will look in again before the weekend.

Wasn’t it Ali G of Ladmanlow Sidings?
It took me a long time to dredge up the name of the layout too!
Paul.
SPOT ON, I could not think of his name. Cheers. 👍

Good use of the word 'flockaridge'..
Great to see her running, enjoyed that!
Cheers Scott, That word FLOCKAGE was first used by another person of this Parish who's name I'm ashamed to say I can't remember.

Hi Colin, My last visit to this project was Aug 2022, so back on page 1, and I must say, it is looking good, I skipped a few pages to get here, but loving the Buildings and Track plan.
All the best,
Andy.

Nice progress there Andy.
Are you going to the Fareham Exhibition in October?
Paul R
Hi Paul, I'm not sure at the moment, I have a Gig in Gosport on the Sat night so a rest on the Sat afternoon and then not home till gone midnight, so if I do it may be on the Sat morning just for an hour or so. I'll let you know if I do as I guess your going, so it would be good to meet up. Best thing is let me know your plans and I will try to fit with them. Cheers, Andy.

If the model railway isn't his current interest then it has to be respected and left be, when and if he is in the place to want to devote the time it takes to photograph and video the railway, he will do so.
Hi Guys, Cheers, Appreciate all the above Guys.
I have been so busy with the Band of late, playing 2 sometimes 3 nights a week but I am happy to report that the interest is still here, it is more of a time factor at the moment.
3 weeks ago I took a trip up to see Ian / @Temeraire and had a lovely day playing trains, putting the world to rights and getting enthused. Previously a few visits to Kevin / @Hampshire Hog and the same up there, along with him visiting my POD. I'm glad to say each visit resulted in a little enthusiasm to do a bit. It has been mainly adding fencing and foliage, but its a start, so, here are a few pics to show the current state of play even though no Trains have run for a while. I hope you all like the pics, and I will be back again very soon, maybe even with a Video up date.

I thought your 7mm layout (Can’t recall the name) was quality. Excellent modelling.Cheers, Sorry for the late reply, there was Seven Mills Sidings, Bench Road, Bala Town, Trebudoc, and a couple of others as well. Glad you liked them.

And one has to ask the question = Why now, after so many years? And after saying so many times that he has no hard feelings about the outcome on the day.

Hi Andy, any updates on the layout?
Cheers, Ade.
YES,,,,,,YES,,,,,YES, 😃 There is 🙄 = Its still here. 😁.
Not worked on it for a bit, but my mate Kevin came down two weeks ago, and we had a really good all day running session, (after a really good Weatherspoon's breakfast), and not one Train did a full circuit continuously. It was works as intended, = Fiddle Yard "A" to Yard avoiding loop, and back to second F/Y "B". 2nd F/Y "B" to lower Yard, dethatch Loco and shunt stock into sidings or other Roads to make up New Trains. NSE 117 was run between services only on the upper Station section, and either through or back. Each of the above Freight moves were done with Trains running in opposite directions. and it took about 5 hours to do all we had to do, and still didn't move everything. It has potential, but still busy with the Bands and playing 2 or 3 nights a week sometimes.
I WILL BE BACK. 🤪 👍
