  1. O dear, o dear o dear, what is Polly up to now? Blu Tack, Trollies, Tins of Paint, She will be on Blue Tack Peter next, hahaaa. I have to confess, I use Blu Tack for most things like that. Another use for it is on the end of my little screwdriver for holding tiny screws when difficult to hold. Great Stuff young P, :locomotive: Andy
  2. Great pics again, thanks for these. Andy
  3. Morning Jeff, I am in agreement with ALL about freight, I get bored watching a passenger train in Model or real life but give me a freight, be it a short rake or a long rake that is just great. Back a few years ago George and I were at Newport, Wales for a day of train spotting, we saw loads but one that sticks in my mind is an 08 in a grubby Grey pulling a short rake of Engineers wagons through the middle roads from the English end and down the slope into the tunnel towards Cardiff, really great stuff. If you and the great Al do anymore vids how about a low level shot from the valley floor looking up at that magnificent Viaduct, that would be cool man Bodgit

  16. Morning Polly, and to Ray if he is lurking around somewhere, I thought it was about time I had a catch up on here and you have had a very busy thread, lots of interesting tales and ideas. Jist another quickie on the backscene issues, on Glen Roy it is only about 8 inches above track level, but at least it is something, but then I do NOT have any tall structures to protect. Bodgit
  17. Hi Ian, sorry if it confuses you but I prefere Acrylics, but that is probably A, because I am used to them now, and B, because I normally have to work in an unventilated room. Whichever you choose to use I am sure you will do an excellent job. All the best, Andy
