DPD have "delivered" a parcel to a "neighbour" who isn't my neighbour and I've no idea of the location of the photo taken. No card either. Brilliant.

Finally got my parcel yesterday afternoon by spending a couple of hours comparing the image they'd sent me of my "neighbours" door with those doors on houses with similar sounding street names - finally found it after much frustration and marched off to collect. No thanks whatsoever to DPD who have not been in contact since I raised the initial issue.

First trip on a Virgin Voyager since 2003. Grotty interior, same toilet/diesel smell, toilets out of use, no catering at all onboard and all these benefits courtesy of a First class ticket.

First trip on a VTEC Mk3 with the new cheapo PVC seats with yet more Vermin branding to message the masses. At seat power still doesn't work, quelle surprise. Hopefully once they get past sticking their logo everywhere they'll pay some attention to the mechanics and electricals.

Having a welcome brew on the 0952 ex Aberdeen HST and some BTP bods are patrolling the train and as they walk through they're greeting the passengers with "Good Morning Sir/Ma'm" - how refreshingly polite.
