TEDDYBEAR D9521
Poor performance Airport2010. I had money on a comment along those lines being posted in under half an hour and thought I'd picked too long Why another 25 so soon I thought a Class 24 or 27 or Splithead code 40 might have been better. 84B Oxley
Just as interesting as the 25/3 is the fact that Heljan are doing the original 20, i.e. with disc headcodes as an 'exclusive' with Hattons, later this year but at £550 rather than the £470 of the headcode box version which is due soonish. http://www.hattons.co.uk/294331/Heljan_2006_Class_20_in_BR_blue_with_full_yellow_ends_1980s_style_warning_flashes_and_headco/StockDetail.aspx Jeff

steve fay
The 20's are available to all retailers it's just a few livery options that are limited to Hattons
RMweb Gold Gilbert Posted September 4, 2017 RMweb Gold Share Posted September 4, 2017 The 20's are available to all retailers it's just a few livery options that are limited to Hattons Having picked up both flyers yesterday I'm not sure why the Hatton's liveries are unique as both seem very close to those offered by Heljan - anyone know any more? gismorail
With the JLTRT Class 24 kit now longer in production the market is there for Heljan to produce a really good model !!!!
RMweb Premium Hal Nail Posted February 24, 2018 RMweb Premium Share Posted February 24, 2018 (edited) Top left photo above is missing the bottom of the front - I presume that's accident/corrosion damage rather than a regular modification? Don't recall noticing others like it. (Also just out of interest, same photo, on the right, they've got the line of the yellow all wrong!) delticfan
Some real ones to argue over about! Flat or not flat front i want a couple anyway. 1-5-2018_062.JPG 1-5-2018_065.JPG 1-5-2018_067.JPG Looks good enough to me, my money is there at £425 a bargain. Heljan are best chances for diesels now with JLTRT news. I see the new 47 is a new tooling too so worth a look when it comes out, that leaves the 40’s, now if they retooled the minor errors with them that would be good. Phill Dyson (onslaught832)
Oh no it isn’t....! Has a flatter front than the prototype IMO , but not as bad as the 25/
HullCityB17
Looks good enough to me, my money is there at £425 a bargain. Heljan are best chances for diesels now with JLTRT news. I see the new 47 is a new tooling too so worth a look when it comes out, that leaves the 40’s, now if they retooled the minor errors with them that would be good. There is also the Class 31's which JLTRT produced which Heljan could produce the 31/0 and the 31/4 with the varied liveries, then there is the Class 33 which could be rereleased with new tooling in all three varieties.
