hmrspaul
The models appear to be largely based on my photos. Upto you to judge accuracy! B989001 http://PaulBartlett.zenfolio.com/brmermaid/e3bded897 and a weathering challenge (see how much appearance alters in 5 years!) http://PaulBartlett.zenfolio.com/brmermaid/e3e948cf3 B989023 http://PaulBartlett.zenfolio.com/brmermaid/e22b99c2b B989037 http://PaulBartlett.zenfolio.com/brmermaid/ece1e54 B989071 http://PaulBartlett.zenfolio.com/brmermaid/e527c344 Paul
Andy Y
Popped into Footplate today for a Dutch Mermaid and had a good chat with Derek. I did question the green of the forthcoming Mermaid and I've been assured that it will be the correct shade of olive green (matching the Bachmann shade) rather than the incorrect livery sample provided. RMweb Gold Downendian Posted September 1, 2015 RMweb Gold Share Posted September 1, 2015 Has anyone got the olive green liveried versions? Was this corrected, as the photos on the flangeway website still show the test samples? I may get a few more of these to build my rake of 6 previous releases. RMweb Gold Downendian Posted September 1, 2015 RMweb Gold Share Posted September 1, 2015 Answering my own question - yes a much better shade of Olive (Engineers) green. A set of three on eBay at the moment - looks spot on to me. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=262024930424&globalID=EBAY-GB Neil
