First 3D printed loco body arrived today (someone elses work bought off Shapeways I might add) and chassis ordered - very impressed and very excited to crack on!

So today's scientific exercise was working out the width of seats in coach interiors by measuring the width of model men's rear ends!

Welp, the latest Windows 10 software update has absolutely knackered my desktop. It's been on for nearly 2 hours and I've only just got the Control Panel open...

To be fair, Windows 10 is great when it comes pre-installed on a new laptop - it just doesn't work when it's put retrospectively onto a computer; apparently it's because the old operating system isn't deleted, rather stored somewhere so you have two systems fighting each other and slowly breaking the computer
