Roof on, now found I need 0.7mm drill so paused on chassis for a week or two

One tank filler melted, plastic card replacement required, will use spare etch for missing footstep.

Will do handrails once the glue has dried.

Still too many 0.7mm holes to drill.

Plenty of clear piccies of the buffer beam and to see differences between the kit and the real one.

Working on another mineral wagon rake.

Was looking at buying about 15 Airfix kits and doing top flap and vb.

Too expensive now.

So trialing ABS like resin, rather good, but my exposure was too short.

Will repeat tomorrow.

Using ironmink stls.

41900 is now at wheel time. But brake gear fouls.

20240406_152101.jpg.028322475392292da2f99e6ef9cc6ef0.jpg

I am now working on a mineral wagon rake.

34 16t minerals.

10 MCV

20 MXV or MCV with Morton

4 10ft MCV

This will be a lot of redin and LMS buffers.

So far 1 in paint, 1 near complete, 2 parts collected. 6 good MCV prints, and 2 10ft.

Iron Mink has done MXV .stl and i will start on these next weekend.

Now transfers.

Need a lot 34 16t mineral, 4 MDV , most of a pool MSV.

Who does pool numbers and bigger tops boxes.

Took me ages to decypher my notes.

Dome mad person wrote down all running numbers, tares, brakes, tops codes.

All were NTF no top flap,  but i could not remember NT, until last night.

No TOPS, as in no boxes.

Currently in works.

Ex GWR branch corridor set, 1 vehicle being soldered.

Ex LMS BT

Ex LMS hoppers 6 done out of 12, 6 to print.

BR 1 2A 2D 2E 2F set half done, sprayed 2E TSO yesterday grey.

Clayliners

Various pre 64 vans

2 mineral rakes

Mixed hopper, mineral, tube rake

Stone rake.

Layouts stalled in case we move home, as may downsize.
