Always good to see your photo's Steve. I like the pw shots, are the Grampus  gulf red?

Nice to hear from you Steve. They are bauxite weathered. Probably look different due to the pictures. I think I will get the layout and stock out one evening and try and take more pictures.

Are those Grampii kit built or is that the Dapol one ? They look good, and I do t have any PW stuff for my 80s period so could do with some

Hi Rob. They are the Dapol ones, from memory I gave them about three passes during the weathering stage. The only ones I built myself were my Parkside Dundas HTVs...to kind of prove to myself I could do it. Not so say I will not build wagons again but I get more out of the weathering side of things. If the light is good tomorrow I will try and picture the other PWay stock I have.

Nice, I like those.

i hear what your saying about kits - I built a few Rudd and clam before Hornby did them, as well as some unfinished warflats - can’t match the RTR to be honest.

i do have a park side tube wagon and fruit D to be kit bashed to go with the hattons crane when it comes out though.

Absolutely superb layout.

Love how you've got all the colours absolutely spot on.

Fantastic modelling. And of course being BR Blue 1980s makes it extra special.

Cheers,

Stu

Stu, I will aim to get some pictures up of my 50 up for you. Unrefurbished one. I want a large logo one - but the virus means I am not earning so all purchases on hold.

Cheers

Steve

To add. I am looking forward to getting my hands on a couple of 45s when they come out. Will it be Heljan or Bachmann ...we shall see.

Also would be tempted by the up coming new Heljan 47s. As I have thing for WR 47s and want more. However I am attached to my 4 Heljan tubby Duff's, I have put alot of work into them. And I know they won't look that good next to the new offerings. So perhaps I should refrain.
