petee19
Would someone be good enough to give me the overall length of the Farish Blue Pullman set. Having recently sold my 00 set I am looking at buying an N gauge set for a display cabinet. Edited February 22, 2021 by petee19

grahame
Alternatively calculate it as 1/148th of the actual real train length. They are usually given on the Wikipedia entry.

RMweb Premium Davexoc Posted February 22, 2021 RMweb Premium Share Posted February 22, 2021 Just measured half my Western Pullman at 430mm over couplings. So a tad under 860mm overall for the full set.
montyburns56
Sorry to dig up this old thread, but I've just noticed that quite a few retailers still have stock of the original Nanking Blue set despite it being released almost eight years ago! I guess that Bachmann must have massively overestimated the demand for the second run. It's one of those items that I'd love to buy, but I just can't justify the cost (about £330) as it doesn't fit in with the period that I'm modelling.
