Hi Mike,

It was the info@revolutiontrains.com

I actually replied to one of your emails so not sure why it has not been received. My email was initially sent on 22nd September. I then chased up on 12th October and then again on the 21st. Still no reply ☹️

I'm grateful that the replacement bodyshells will be provided. Just one question; is there a rough time for when these will be dispatched? I couldn't see anything on the Google form I received in receipt of my request.

Yeah I haven’t any reply to the google from I filled in either so no sure if I am registered for a replacement body

Hi All

Unfortunately, in my haste to get the replacement Strathclyde bodyshells out, I failed to notice that some people required more than one!  

I will atone for my heinous error and send them out next week.  

If anyone still needs a replacement, please fill out the form on our website.

Is anyone actually monitoring the support email in the manual for these?

I sent an email about an issue on the 9th May and got the automatic reply but since then, nothing.
