RBE
I never use acrylics either. Hate the bloody things except for weathering with a brush.....in certain areas. Get yourself some proper enamel and be done with it!!
RMweb Gold Robert Shrives Posted March 2, 2016 RMweb Gold Share Posted March 2, 2016 Sad to read of paint issues, Never had problems with enamels still my preferred body paints but as with RBE other paints fine for weathering and buildings when brush applied. I look forward to seeing progress as weather possibly improves - raining in Brum today. Despite water traps I really only enjoy painting in good natural light. Work does seem to get in the way however! regards Robert

cornish trains jez
Very nice Paul! I may have to do a couple of SK's in NSE livery for my cobbler rake. Are your stripes all sprayed or do you use transfers? Best regards, Jeremy

Ogauge83A
Has there been any advance on the Class 117 front, I've done very similar to you with the DMBS vehicles and had a go at a DMS, the only problem I've got now is I'm not that good at painting so trying to find someone willing to do it, I've got three to do, a DMBS and the DMS in chocolate and cream as 117305 and an NSE DMBS Regards Antony
