Not obvious in the photo but the steps are very weak and kept bending inwards. To fix, I drilled 0.9mm holes behind the hangers and inserted a U of 0.9mm wire behind. Just catching up with this thread and was about to say you got away with an MMP dig earlier but then came across the reprimand later!
